Maeve Constance Dakota Roberta Shade’s review published on Letterboxd:
I have never seen my mom happier in a movie theater than she was when Lily James frolicked through an orange grove in slow motion as she sang "The Name of the Game", which is my mom's favorite ABBA song
I have also never seen my mom cry harder in a movie theater than when Meryl Streep sang "My Life, My Love" from beyond the grave to Amanda Seyfried
I have never cheered harder in a theater than when Cher and Andy Garcia slow-danced while singing "Fernando" as fireworks went off in the distance
This movie is amazing and pure and I absolutely adore it
