    House of Gucci

    ★★★½

This is Jared Leto's best performance. I'm not kidding either. At least in my eyes it was

Whoever is making that Mario movie should strongly consider replacing Chris Pratt with Jared Leto to voice Mario

I found House of Gucci to be wildy entertaining for the most part

  • King Richard

    King Richard

Have you seen a better performance this year than Will Smith as Richard Williams? I sure haven't and I don't think I'll see a better one either #Oscar

If there's one thing I'm more passionate about than movies, it's sports. So give me a sports movie that's interesting, engaging, feel-good, and full of great performances; I'm in, I am so in.

This is called Ghostbusters: Afterlife, but where are all the ghosts? 🤔

You: “This is Oscar bait fluff”

Me, as an intellectual: This is a very good film with passion seeping through it from start to finish.

All joking aside, I really did enjoy this.

Many are saying this is one of if not the worst Marvel movies!?

As far as I’m concerned it’s one of the best!

Masterfully directed. Excellent acting. Visually stunning. Dope action. Emotional. I gave shit about the characters.

This is the kind of Marvel movie I’ve been asking for. Sort of blow away to be honest.

  • Last Night in Soho

    Last Night in Soho

    ★★★★½

Brilliant! Loved it so much. I was enthralled throughout.

If I had to use one word to describe this film it would be hypnotic. Last Night in Soho is absolutely hypnotic.

Edgar Wright is one of my favorite directors and this is unlike any of his other movies. It's a nightmarish psychological horror thriller that had me hooked from the get go.

Thomasin McKenzie and Anya Taylor-Joy....WOW! Need I say more?

    Also, the soundtrack is bussin!

    The French Dispatch

Even Wes Anderson’s weakest film is still pretty good!

The fact this was an anthology movie is it’s biggest weakness for me personally. Wes Anderson is one of my favorite directors and I love to get immersed into all of the creative worlds within each of his films. Since this is 3 short films in one movie; I really wasn’t able to immerse myself into the worlds Anderson creates as much as I would have liked because all 3 stories…

  • Halloween Kills

    Halloween Kills

    ★★★½

Well, this wouldn’t be the first time I’ve pretty much done a 180 on a movie and it won’t be the last. Halloween Kills kind of rocks tbh.

    Let me try to explain:

Friday night I decided to rewatch Halloween 2018 for the first time since I saw it in theaters. Liked it even more this time around. After rewatch I decided I was going to give Halloween Kills another go.

I still have many same issues I did after my…

By golly, Scott has still got it!

    The duel itself fucking smacks

If Jodie Comer doesn’t at the very least get an Oscar nomination, we’re fuckin rioting

  • Halloween Kills

    Halloween Kills

    ★★

Dammit, I really wanted to like this

Halloween Kills made me appreciate the Rob Zombie Halloween movies more...

The beginning of this absolutely sucked. Fuck you for fucking with the original to create some dumbass subplot. Seriously, what was that?

The best thing I can say about Halloween Kills is the kills. No pun intended. Michael fucks a lot of people up. However, that's where my praise ends.

Everything outside of the kills is atrocious. The acting, the script, and…
