The charismatic cast made the film for me. I kept looking for a deeper meaning in everything, but it was actually quite a straightforward storyline; it almost felt like a Spielberg film. 

Not as visual and jarring as ‘Get Out’ and ‘Us’, which is one of the things I love about Peele’s direction, but I get why he might want to explore techniques and genres to avoid being pigeonholed.
