"When I wear a raincoat, I always wear sunglasses. Cause I don't know when it's sunny or going to rain"

Tag yourself: I’m the paper airplane flying while California Dreaming plays for the 77the time!

In all seriousness, this could quite possibly be my favorite romance movie of all time (if you can even call it that).

    Chungking Express
is my third Wong Kar-Wai film. A director I previously had (slight) mixed feelings on. In the Mood for Love was undeniably an incredible…

Tonight’s movie was an easy decision. In honor of SOPHIE, I watched, what in my eyes is, the ultimate movie on the trans experience. As a non-trans person, I can’t comment on its validity, however it is a movie made by trans people on the trans experience, and it is perfect.

I woke up this morning excited to finish off The Dollars Trilogy. Moments later I read the news of Ennio Morricone’s death. We lost a giant today. The Ecstasy of Gold has to be one of my favorite moments in cinema now. And overall, his scores are my favorite part of this trilogy and Once Upon a Time in the West. All 4 are iconic and all 4 are masterful used within the films.
