Saw the restoration last night and it was a beautiful pulsating nightmare.

This was a good'n, a nice mid-tier supernatural thriller (not so much a horror movie), with a good budget, some nice cinematography, and a bonkers performance from Hawke.

If you're into watching little kids beat the ever loving shit out of each other, check this one out.

In the sense that "going to the movies" is a financial agreement between me and the movie I'm seeing, wherein I pay a certain amount of money with the expectation that I am to be provided with a certain amount of entertainment or in the rare case, joy...I can't say that I remember the last time a movie delivered on its end of the bargain as perfectly as this one did.
