Got really nervous when David Byrne put on that red hat towards the end before realising the film wasn’t set in this decade.
In all honesty, it was actually a joy to see something so un-politicised and full of infectious fervour. I will say, I enjoyed the experience a lot more in the second half when I had someone to dance around my living room with and I’m not sure if that’s an indictment or endorsement of the entire concept of the concert film.
