I've always wondered why Dumbledore didn't just take Harry's memory of the graveyard as proof for the minister. Yes, memories can be tampered with but, as the movie suggests, Harry is far too unskilled to perform magic of such levels.

As far the the film goes, it's one of the better ones although it leaves alot of book material out. Which is understandable as the book has a lot of plot points it hits and this film had to be under a certain length. Sirius should have had a much larger presence in this film, it would've made his death in Order of the Phoenix much more emotional. If they ever reboot the franchise (crossing my fingers they don't) I hope this one gets a more faithful adaptation.
