I'm Thinking of Ending Things 2020
the perfect adaptation until the last 30 minutes, in which case the book far outshines whatever happened there. i was disappointed that the build-up and sense of dread that at first were so expertly done essentially vanished; meanwhile when i read the book i was shitting myself up until the very last page.
