Overall pretty good film. I do have a bone to pick with this film though. The way it’s set up, it’s like you have to have read the play before. I have but for other other people such as my friends when we watched this I had to explain and fill in points where things were left out.

I’m sorry but let’s never mention this film as good. For musicals there has to be style, substance, and good lyrical/musical elements. This film has none. Most of the songs from Abba don’t even match the situation in which they’re used in.

It’s hard to call this film beautiful but to me that’s exactly what it is. Back around a year or two ago I watched this film for the very first time. At this time I was starting to get into film and had never seen a Paul Thomas Anderson film. Boogie Nights completely rocked my world and still does. This film showed me how to make a movie and how it’s not just CGI and special effects but instead it’s real shit. Thank you Paul Thomas Anderson :)

I’m not scared or afraid to say it, this film takes the cake in every category. Those being best Batman film, best comic book film, best Batman (Robert Pattinson), best score, best story, best batmobile, and overall best everything. I’ve looked forward to this film for over two years now and every second of waiting has been worth it. This film is so realistic and visually stunning. It’s dark, gritty, and fucking incredible.
