    How does a story this impossibly zeitgeisty benefit from being told in such shoddily retro fashion? The thought process behind making this some kind of half-hearted Argento pastiche will forever remain obscure to me, but it only serves to undermine what little eeriness Nekrasova does manage to conjure.
