Jason Bourne 2016
Everything you'd expect from an epic Bourne film, with a generous helping of bad IT thrown in for good measure.
I had a blast.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World 2010
What an utterly ridiculous movie. The weird comic book effects, the nonsensical storyline, the completely over-the-top "magic" effects and so on.
I loved it!
Michael Cera fit the role really well, though it certainly matched the "young and awkward" stereo-type he's fallen into. The choreographed fight scenes were very well done, and the crazy visual effects fit the action really well.
If you value a story, this is definitely not the movie for you. But if you want a film that requires very little thought, incorporates some nice action sequences and has really quite impressive visual effects, I would heartily recommend it.

How to Train Your Dragon 2010
I loved the first 10 minutes of this movie. They managed to pack in backstory, character introduction, inter-character conflict and a crisis in need of resolution, all during a single action sequence. It felt like a masterful piece of storytelling that so many films get completely wrong.
From there the story followed the expected path, but done in such a manner that it felt natural, and not at all forced.
Combined with some really nice graphics, this was overall a enjoyable movie to watch.
