I've been putting off seeing this because I'm so intensely tired of war-is-hell movies, but honestly, this one won me over within the first minute. It's beautifully constructed, acted, and shot, to the point where it doesn't need the faux single-take gimmick to tell its story — but the choreography used to create the illusion winds up being impressive too. That final image… brrrr.
