The Banshees of Inisherin 2022
A beautiful film about the dissolution of friendship, and how loneliness and bitterness destroy people and make them turn their backs on kindness. I’ve always been a fan of McDonagh’s writing and the way he portrays existential crisis, but this film in particular takes that to a whole new level. Colin Farrell is absolutely brilliant here, and I felt every ounce of his pain and sadness throughout.

15 minutes into the film, I was already IN LOVE with Dan Gilroy's sharp dialogue.
