"I'll tell you what. The day I need a friend like you, I'll just have myself a little squat and shit one out."
This was not at all what I was expecting, but in a good way. I had no idea that it was a Darabont/King team up again, otherwise I would have known I was in for a treat.
Let me just say, that ending, shit man, that was farrrrrkin brutal. Like seriously, that was messed up. Like I still can't believe that happened. I just wanted a giant monster to scoop down and eat him up and thats what I thought was gonna happen, but no.
And how about all the TWD cast popping up and nearly surviving and shit. Well one of them survived haha, not surprisingly it was bad ass Carol, who is actually the only one still alive in the show....hmmmm bit of foreshadowing there.
Anyway, I digress. It was a cool story, surprising, brutal, there was some great side characters, cue Marcia Gay Harden (what a psycho), it was just really good. Watch it, now!
