    I hate headaches...

  • Soul

We're more concerned about who we appear to be than who we are. That's just a fact. I do it, you do it. That's just how we roll.
But it's our soul, our purpose that really matters. Our purpose isn't what we do, it's not who we aspire to be. Our purpose is us. Our purpose is life.

Watching this with two pillows behind my head made me feel very uneasy...

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York

Since Buzz may just be the most entertaining character to be in any Christmas movie, I figured it would be good to share some of the greatest quotes by his truly:

    - "No, for three reasons: A, I'm not that lucky. Two, we use smoke detectors and D, we live on the most boring street in the whole United States of America, where nothing even remotely dangerous will ever happen."
    - "Say... isn't it true that French babes don't shave…

  • Rebecca

I think there's more to this than I'm initially understanding.
One thing that I can absolutely compliment this film on is the place it's taken hold of in my mind. I can't shake the last moment, the last thought, the last feeling that this film leaves you with.
So while yes, I was anticipating a film far different and something easier for me to grasp along the lines of Rear Window, Pyscho, Vertigo etc.

  • The Great Escape

    The Great Escape

And while the pacing of all three acts together may not work at times, the individual pacing of those acts is immaculate.
It builds plot and character seamlessly together as the narrative unfolds and culminates in a finale that kept me interested and guessing.
Honestly, I don't know why people sleep on this movie so much...
alright now on to Chicken Run

  • It's a Wonderful Life

    It's a Wonderful Life

Anyone who watches this and gives it a 'meh', is clearly just a fool.

This is by far one of the most important films to ever have been made. Not only that, but it is also one of the most masterfully manifested masterpieces to ever have been crafted. Yes, 'masterpiece'. That isn't a very loose term I through around either.
Until the day I die, this will be a film that will be able to symbolize the love, the grace,…
