Honest opinion? 
Rose seemed like a last minute written character and kind of annoyed me. She was like... so very cliche in the love and hate themes I was like blah blah blah. :/ Felt like she didn’t fit and it was hilarious to me that she almost died and everyone runs to say hi to Rey like they didn’t give a fuck lmao. 
Also I love this movie I love it love it love it but this would be a good end to the series? I’m not saying my ass won’t be at episode 9 front and center but it just felt so fitting. Very Return of the Jedi-esque. 
My ass cried so much during this movie but then again I cry during movies all the fucking time so it may not mean much.
