get it? like tesafilm? | film student
the first film was so perfectly woven together and this film was so.... messy? and totally missing the charm of the first film while trying to copy it at the same time. i feel like you can rlly tell this is a directional debut by someone that wouldn’t watch this kind of film himself. my instinct would be to say that maybe he is more of a technical guy than a storyteller, but somehow the visuals are also way weaker, despite the DOP of the first one directing it .
