Halle Berry is a triumph in Bruised, both in front and behind the lens. A strong directing debut.

Parts of this shows a side of the fighting world we have not seen before.

This is a reboot done right.  The writing was great and the actors delivered this story with humor and heart.

Ghostbusters Afterlife does right by the original characters and the fans.  The rural setting was also a nice change the filmmakers took full advantage of.

When I first saw the trailer for The Belko Experiment, complete with the tag line "Battle Royal [meets] Office Space", they had my twelve dollars... SOLD. This is a movie with a strong concept, it reminds you of a real life representation of that question they asked you in ethics class, you know, about the sinking ship and who would you save because you can only save a few.

That being said, I am a fan of both Battle Royal…

This is a thought provoking indie gem.  MFA is not a basic rape/revenge movie.  This story delves into The psychological toll rape can have on a victim.  The way it can change someone overnight.  It is worth noting the writer and director of this movie are both female, in fact the writer also has a supporting role in the movie.  The art school setting also sets this apart in a refreshing way.
