I Wish We Had More Time.
Wonder Woman has moments of greatness amongst its tedious story and messy narrative.
Gal Gadot plays a brilliant Wonder Woman. Her performance and physicality help you believe in the otherworldly setting of Themyscira and the Amazon warriors. The action is filmed in a way that looks visually impressive but blurs the line between practical and computer-generated to such a point where it diminishes any of the practical lengths the filmmakers went to.
Like many of DC's films, it becomes a rushed and effect heavy finale which is the same after a strong setup but this film does have the warming and believable relationship between Steve and Diana as well as the incredible theme by Hans Zimmer to help it stand amongst the rest.
