It's no surprise that the film was nominated for Best Original Score, Best Costume Design and Best Production Design as those three areas are the most memorable about the film, the CGI surprising holds up even now and nothing seems dated.

The young Gryffindor kids are all great. A couple of lines may not land very well but that could also have to do with the editing of the film.

The script is quite straightforward but the film introduces the audience perfectly to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
