John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum

    ★★★½

JW3 doesn’t let off the gas when it comes to doing what John Wick movies do best... giving us jaw dropping sequences of satisfyingly brutal action violence while also managing to give us something to care about. The only issues I have with it has to do with its predictable storytelling snd some of Keanu Reeves’s fighting motions felt a little stiff. Other than that, it’s another awesome addition to a worthy refreshing action franchise. 7/10

    Thunder Road

    ★★★★½

THUNDER ROAD written, directed and starring Jim Cummings was quite literally the most underrated and overlooked film of 2018. Its nearly a perfect film that contains one of the best male lead performances of the year, incredible direction, and a brilliant screenplay. It’s an atrocity that absolutely nobody has heard about this film including Awards Shows. It’s emotionally touching, honest, hilarious, engaging from start to finish, and overall just a sincerely impressive piece of filmmaking on all phases. It’s an incredibly solid 9.5/10. PLEASE WATCH IT. And after you watched it, WATCH IT AGAIN

    Gloria Bell

    ★★★½

Gloria Bell was a film I honestly didn’t have any desire to see besides the fact that it’s an A24 production. Coming out of it, I’m glad I saw it. It’s a film that definitely has an older targeted audience in mind but anyone who can understand mature themes about different life stages can enjoy and appreciate what this film has to offer. The performances are solid from both Julianne Moore and John Turturo. Their characters share an emotionally tragic…
