The Batman is THE definitive Batman film. Strong in its direction, cinematography, score, and performances. It’s woven together by a strong script following the beats of a modern noir. Robert Pattinson embodies the caped crusader and might be my favorite Batman.

I’ve never anticipated a film the way I anticipated The Green Knight. Dare I say, I had my expectations even though you should never walk into a film with expectations. But it’s absolutely difficult to not have them when you saw that very first trailer released. We knew we were in for something truly special. My expectations were met beyond what I had.
