Colton’s review published on Letterboxd:
“Audiences don’t know somebody sits down and writes a picture. They think the actors make it up as they go along.”
Not since perhaps childhood have I watched a movie twice in one day. Simply amazed by what it had to offer, I knew as soon as I got off work I had to see this film again. There’s so much that’s already been said about this film, so I’ll just say that it’s quickly become one of my all time favorites and one that I will constantly be revisiting. I mean, I wanted to put it back on for a third time as soon as it ended. Wilder delivered a true masterpiece that earns that title, and a film that I regret not seeing in theaters when it made its run in May.
