Not the movie I thought it would be, which is a fact I'm very happy about. Such an invigorating and strange film I can't really begin to describe it. I mean we go from a guy who has to cry to get to sleep so he goes to clubs and then he just starts beating the hell out of people. I mean it's kind of nuts.
I don't know how to go into detail with this movie without soiling anything so I think this review will be relatively short.

Edward Norton, Brad Pitt and Helena Bonham Carter are amazing! Brad Pitt of course steals the screen, but he is just really amazing.
The way the camera moved and the way the modes with which the story was being told just changed at happenstance was really interesting. It's a sort of messed up narrative/documentary...really bizarre however really awesome!

The camera work is so amazing! Some of the most livened and inventive cinematography I've ever seen and the effects were pretty darn amazing considering they came from 1999!

I really don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it and might so I'll stop there, but wow, it's soooo amazing! My goodness, now I know why people go on about it so much!
