It’s not all bad I guess, the score is pretty good, and there are one or two pretty engaging scenes but for the most part I found this incredibly dull. The lead performance felt awkward and stiff to me (and Larrain’s camera isn’t doing it any favors at all), which is a shame because Stewart is an actor I usually admire. Trying to think of more to say about this thing but nothing’s coming to me, it left me with a shrug.
Also I’m not happy about this recent trend of royalist propaganda, not one bit. I don’t wanna hear about these people

This movie’s got it all: Hezbollah, suspenseful faxing, a menacing golf scene, the best looking exterior night scenes of like any movie ever, Massive Attack on the soundtrack… how did it not win best picture

Big congrats to the filmmakers for bringing back the “wet concrete look” from the marvel films. Aside from being annoying, unfunny, clumsily plotted and poorly edited, this is also pro-foreign intervention and regime change in latin america! Very cool. Margot Robbie was good but the other actors had no chemistry at all and the dialogue sucked. James Gunn hates me
