Alexei Toliopoulos’s review published on Letterboxd:
Glowingly photographed portrait of Wolfgang Puck, the first megastar of the culinary world, from the director Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Had such a wonderful time with this.
I think for me there’s genuinely worth in exploring and celebrating Puck as an example of the American dream. He’s so successful and ubiquitous he’s always seemed like a corny caricature to me, over the last few years I’ve loved getting an insight into how revolutionary he was and it’s quite excitingly explored here.
