aidan’s review published on Letterboxd:
love to see a movie that was clearly written by a queer person who is baffled by the way straight people behave. like, what does a 40 year old straight guy do with his new 20-something friend? watch Friends for the millionth time of course!
actors i love just kept popping up (JULIO TORRES!!!) so that’s always great. i said early on that this felt like a Woody Allen movie by someone who resents the influence he had on them, so the out and out slander of him was very welcome.
this movie was wholesome as hell, highly recommended.
