I gotta be honest I’m a lil shook rn.
I watched this over two years ago now and remembered basically nothing. I missed out on watching it after work at the drive In a few days ago and I guess it just got me in a “mood” to rewatch it. I can’t believe I had this at a 3.5. I’m so dumb.
It definitely improves on a rewatch which is always nice but there’s still something that isn’t sitting right with me about it. Something is keeping it from the 5/5. It’s probably because I did have a few small problems with the film and I felt like the climax could have been better but these are all tiny nit picks.
I am really glad I watched this again. It felt like I got a fresh new take on it.
