    Charlie Says

We don't have pasts. Our lives started when we met Charlie.

American Psycho director Mary Harron made a movie about Manson Family and it couldn't be more different from what I expected.

Probably more absorbing than effective, yet still quite refreshing take on horrific murders through the perspective of three of Manson’s female acolytes. I kinda wish there was a little bit more of their backstories, but there's only so much you can do with 110-minute running time I guess.

Lynch as Dahmer, Efron as Bundy and now Matt Smith as Manson? Looking forward to Timothée Chalamet's portrayal of the Green River Killer, get ready folks.

    Escape at Dannemora

This is the first time in 12 years nobody knows where you are.

Slow-burn masterpiece. It made me want to break out of prison, and I am not even in prison.

This series has it all. Intricate, psychological character study, as well as a nightly block-chiseling and prison yard plotting. You can't help but get pulled in by trifecta of brilliant leads - Patricia Arquette, Benicio Del Toro, and Paul Dano are absolutely tremendous.

At the end of the day, Escape At Dannemora is a story of a far larger prison. Maybe you have to have the patience of inmate, but it will be rewarded tenfold.

Will God forgive us for what we're doing to his creation?

    Holy shit, what a masterpiece.

Thou shalt not have any strange distributors before A24. Thou shalt not take the name of Paul Schrader in vain. Honor thy father, Ethan Hawke and mother, Amanda Seyfried. Thou shalt not read negative reviews.

    Godspeed to you.

    Blade Runner 2049

Dying for the right cause. It's the most human thing we can do.

Every frame of this masterpiece can be hung on the wall.

I love the fact that it's not only Blade Runner 2, but also a sequel to Children of Men and Lars and the Real Girl.
