Tim Daugherty’s review published on Letterboxd:
A great reminder that Fascists are Bad, and that being Against Fascism is Good.
Also that they come in all shapes and sizes. Sure, intimidating and evil is the common depiction in movies, but more often than not they're boorish buffoons. One bratwurst from keeling over from heart failure. Incel losers cosplaying in dopey uniforms. See Capital Insurrection on Jan 6 for Exhibit A.
The "Good German" at the end is the most interesting character here. Did he redeem himself? Not for me. You don't get to tentatively support fascism and white nationalists, even if you're a decent person. There is no equivocation. The time to aggressively push back on that shit was 1936. Or 2016. Or today.
