Tim McP’s review published on Letterboxd:
I thought this was visually pretty stunning, and there are some great moments (especially during the first half), but I do think it eventually gets to a point where everything seemed too obvious to me. Again, It's gorgeously photographed, and the art direction is spectacular. I'd say it's worth seeing, but at the same time I can't help feeling somewhat disappointed.
At two hours and twenty seven minutes it never felt boring to me, but some of the more interesting things that are introduced are never fully explored, while less unique (and again, obvious) details are examined at length.
