    What strikes me the most is how Nausicaa willingly chooses to live selflessly and without fear. The rest of the kingdoms relentlessly try to fight fire with fire in an attempt to self preserve their kingdoms and way of life through any means necessary and refuse to be defeated, even if it means the loss of their people.
