where Dunkirk feels like Nolan responding to his critics by writing minimal dialogue, Tenet is information overload. Constant expository dialogue that leads you to believe you should listen, but you shouldn’t. Characters start speaking what seems like extremely important information but they are drowned out by literally anything else. Kind of feels like a “fuck you.” Bashes you in the skull with so much that it forces you to give up on trying to understand it. 

instead it’s just cool shit. watching a building explode and then implode and then explode? makes no sense, but it looked cool. feels inevitable that i’ll love this. future me. in the past or whatever.
