beautifully shot, over the top, decent cast for the most part. some mediocre writing, but very self-aware writing. almost too silly, even for meta-horror. but still very enjoyable and worth a watch. i’m hoping that at the very least it puts samara weaving on more people’s radar. she’s an incredible actress and needs all the gigs she can get!
