This is everything I wanted & more. Brutal, bloody & FUNNY. Absolutely a step up from 5. Melissa Barrera has cemented her place in the franchise, and I'm officially pro-Core Four. Kirby’s return is not wasted (Hayden RULES). The NYC setting makes for a delightfully fun twist on the SCREAM formula, leading to some stellar set pieces that are on par with the one-two punch of the A/V room and cop car scenes from 2. The intensity is amped up so much I’m just elated and can’t wait to see it again (and yes, stay for the post-credits “scene”)!
