Falling madly in love with someone you've only known for a day on holiday then spending the next twenty years of your life mourning the loss of what could have been? Bitch, me fucking too. I finally feel seen. Thank you, Young Donna!
Not going to lie, this is far from the masterpiece that was the first film, but I would honestly die for Lily James. She is luminous. Her energy is infectious. Her embodiment of such radiant and impassioned character should be lauded. Undeniably the greatest thing about this movie and I am in complete awe of her.
Also, where is Young Tanya and Rosie singing "Kisses of Fire"?
Did "I Wonder (Departure)" seriously not make the final cut?!
Ol Parker, I am not impressed.
