  Gojra director, Iroshi Honda, sums it up perfectly,

  "By the time the movie ends, Godzilla is like a hero whose departure we regret. It's like part of us leaving. That's what makes it so hard. The monster the child knows best is the monster he feels himself to be."

  Despite all of the imprudence and campiness, Godzilla has stayed relevant. It doesn't take a whole lot of analysis to realize he represents something just as big as he is.

  wow. smart move by DC for waiting to release this trailer... this looks perfect tbh. no troll shit. i can’t imagine a better aquaman movie.

  
  wow. not that i ever doubted James wan but wow. this film looks like a globe-trotting adventure. Atlantis looks beautiful and colorful.
