Do you remember how walking into Blockbuster smelled?
It’s a shame the messy set drama overshadowed the movie’s release and movie itself. It is very enjoyable and they had me interested from beginning to end. Harry Styles was just okay, but truly this movie belonged to Florence Pugh and Chris Pine (honestly they had the superior chemistry). It was wise to also cast Nick Kroll, Gemma Chan, Kate Berlant, and KiKi Layne as they helped Pugh and Pine really sell the story. It’s not the most impressive film, but it is one that Florence Pugh should be proud of for her flawless performance.
