Trevor Wang’s review published on Letterboxd:
Enola Holmes is pure entertainment with visual stimulations. The production design, costumes, make-up and hairstyling are all colourfully beautiful and incredibly elegant! The stunning cinematography also captures the intriguing plot with breathtaking views and landscapes.
The stellar cast delivers decent performances, but not strong enough to make an impression. There is no doubt that the principal actors are all so attractive and handsome, but nobody convinces the audience as characters associated with Sherlock Holmes in any way except Sam Claflin. Even though it has all of the right elements for a brilliant adventure detective story, it stays as a child's play. There are certain charms in its adorable sense of humour and youthfulness.
