Probably would have worked better as a mini-series. The plot here flies by so fast that I'd swear I was just watching a wikipedia article in motion. That said, Adam Driver is excellent here, and I applaud the filmmakers for not making this war-on-terror film a piece of propaganda. It follows in the same vein as political scandal movies of the past, but lacks that spark and connection you feel with the director and the material.
