Great movie. A real classic.
And strangely, I find it relaxing! I guess it's the boat scenes, where they're on a boat. Makes me also wish that I was a marine biologist!
As for the shark in question...people viewed it as the films villain, but it's not a villain, it's just an animal that kills out of instinct, not pleasure. It is a predator that eats, because it must, because it can.
Just a shame that they ruined the franchise with the last two sequels. The second was good, but then they had two make two more god aweful sequels! If they ever do make a remake, my cast idea would be...
