Very delightful! I've very little experience with Barbra Streisand films and I thought she was extremely charming in this and demonstrated almost flawless comedic timing. I've only really seen Ryan O'Neal in my favorite Walter Hill movie THE DRIVER and while he is extremely cool in that, he also displays a great sense of versatility for comedy in this. Kind of reminds me of A FISH CALLED WANDA in that so much is happening at once. Some really good slapstick, goofs and a very funny car chase ending. Highly recommended.

Seen a lot of Kung Fu in my time, and this may have some of the greatest action and fight choreography I have ever seen, at the very least, from the 80's. Michelle Yeoh and Cynthia Rothrock kick so much ass in this it's memorizing. I wish this was more non stop action, the comedy kind of repeats itself, but nothing to really get mad at. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable, I wasn't expecting the majority of the premise, let alone fantasy cut aways and animation. All three leading ladies are stellar, Parton's lack of experience shows but she's still pretty delightful on screen. Dabney Coleman is subtle but one of the better bastard bosses I've seen in a film. An all around classic comedy, highly recommended.

I feel like a lot of things went over my head in this, but at the very least I can appreciate the detail and passion as almost flawless, if not purely bizarre. Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neil's performances are profound and eccentric, like watching someone through someone else's dream. I'll need to come back to this in about a year or such. Recommended if you're a fan of Dargento or Cronenberg, or general Giallo films.
