  • CODA

A Quiet Place paved the way, Sound Of Metal carried it on & CODA went all the way.

One of if not the most beautiful movie I have ever seen!

They were building towards this big moment in the film with the duett, then decide to do the only right thing & display it from the perspective of the Rossi Family. First time tears were running down my face.
The second time was when Ruby sang for her father Frank as his hands…

Revisiting Dune Part One for the first time since my first watch on the biggest german screen possible at IMAX Laser 4K 3D Sinsheim, Germany back in September.
I'm not sure why I haven't seen it since. I guess I feel like I…

    The Banshees of Inisherin

    Fecking Hell.

The Banshees of Inisherin is as beautiful & as gruff as the cliffs of Ireland themselves.

It has a lot to say about friendship & purpose & relationships of all kinds & frankly life.

I really enjoyed & laughed during the comedic parts, even though they always had a deeper meaning to them.

Direction, cinematography, acting & writing are exceptional!
    All nominations are well deserved.

It felt like the third act didn't pursue the paths the first parts were headed towards & so it felt like a lot of loose threads.

    Bring Jesse Home.

Devotion is a very grounded approach to an Aviator-War-Movie and it takes its time to show intimate sides of the characters.
Very rare & unusual to see, but i liked it. It doesn't alwqys have to be screaming & toughness!
The rather dark look I didn't like, but you get why it's a conscious choice.

Jonathan Majors is in every movie nowadays. He absolutely deserves every role!

Rarely has there been a more fitting film title than Devotion for a story like this!

What a classic! The Matrix is always exciting to watch and revisit. The vision the Wachowski's brought to screen is just stunning, utterly cool & stylish.
They fully committed to it by choosing the iconic greenish color grading that filters this movie. …

Highly anticipated end of the year movie, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the anticipation.

Stellar cast & crew loaded with Oscar nominated and winning people, but Leo & especially Jen give the best performances!
Adam McKay usually does such great work, but this one didn't do it for me.

This was less a movie & more a comment and critique on the USA as whole and society, media and government. But all…
