i talk about little differences from the book so i guess those are spoilers:)
i’ve read the book seen the other movie blah blah so i am very judgmental on adaptations of this story i think even more so due to the fact that i just don’t like it (the original source material, it’s my least fav austen). emma is just cruel and while knightley may be right a lot of time he can be absolute misery to be around.…

Ever notice how when men in movies are seeking information they never have to give anyone a handjob? As this started I was noting that Nicole’s character wasn’t really any different than any other tormented detective you see on screen; you’ve got the alcohol abuse, the dead romantic partner, the child that resents you… But no matter how seasoned or grizzled a detective she may be, she is still a woman and still pushed into a position of sexual subservience.…
