Christian Reynolds’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is what all modern Star Wars movies should aspire to be—an awesome stand-alone story set in the same universe as the originals. The effects and action scenes are great, and the location designs are awesome. There’s less character development than there could be, but we get to know the main characters enough to care about them. I’m still surprised they went with the ending they did, but it was the right call.
