Has more positives than negatives in my personal opinion. At 2 1/2 hours it does overstay it's welcome. Thrilling and laugh out loud in equal measures especially in that banger of a first hour!

Brick Lane 2007
It's a shame more directors were not able to tap into the dramatic potential of the late Satish Kaushik.I was surprised by the central pairing but to the film's credit, given the theme of migrant experience it works very well. The anger is palpable but at the same time I liked the sensitivity.

Sugar & Spice 2001
I enjoyed this more than Reservoir Dogs and Bring It On
combined! The Point Break reference was hilarious!!! -
Lust, Caution 2007
This is Tang Wei's best performance(sorry Decision to Leave!).The sex scenes are justifiably famous but the plot itself is intriguing(for the most part).I had forgotten that Tony Leung played a character with negative shades.
P.S - The funniest thing was seeing Popatalal from TMKOC in his only filmy role LMAO

A Woman's Tale 1991
Heartbreaking to watch but life affirming at the same time. What is it about memories that we just can't get rid of
from our minds? -
Rambling Rose 1991
Lukas Haas' performance made me feel unpleasant, awkward and cringy. Laura Dern whining was insufferable. Even worse was Diane Ladd who made me want to pull
all of my hair out. THIS MOVIE DID NOT DESERVE 3 OSCAR NOMINATIONS!!! -
Goin' Down the Road 1970
I am not surprised one bit that this film has attained
cult classic status over the years. Has universal themes
that is even more relevant in today's times. The soundtrack
has a soothing feel and yes, it's better to remain
single if you ask me. -

Such a Long Journey 1998
An unsung gem which shows human beings during a volatile time in Indian
history.Teaches an important lesson of secularism.Roshan Seth(the definitive Nehru imo) left me spellbound. Also
helps that this has the presence of legends like Naseeruddin Shah and
the late Om Puri.Heartbreaking and hopeful.
