Varun’s review published on Letterboxd:
I loved Luca Guadagnino's Suspiria for different reasons than I loved Dario Argento's masterpiece. And I don't like to compare these two because both these Films have their own class and flair which is impressive.
What I loved about this Suspiria is how it establishes itself early on and expands the whole witchcraft and mythology as a whole.
It's beautiful to watch. The rituals, the dance sequences, everything just works as CULTY and Mystically haunting. There were several moments where my jaw dropped to the floor.
