a fucking brilliant beast of a film. worth the hype.

an incredible example of a family under pressure resulting in a master abstraction of horror. nothing could prepare you for the clever jokes, unease, and whiplash-like-induced fatality that'll be engraved in your mind. everything about this felt more like a rush of feeling rather than a narrative to observe. 

i'll be thinking about this one for a while. 

yes i sound pretentious but i literally feel like simultaneously dropping out of film school because the best film was ever made AND pursuing it so i can be able to work on a project like this.
