Agatha Fernandes’s review published on Letterboxd:
It's a war movie, if you've seen one, you've seen roughly them all. All Quiet on the Western Front (2022) does nothing new or revolutionary, but what it does is done remarkably well.
For the most part it's your standard "war is hell" flick, showcasing its horrors with devastating effect. But it's also about how war is commanded by egotistical men, seething for achievements and glory, while having no real idea of the hell they're sending their men to.
