The Netherlands doesn't have the greatest reputation when it comes to film, but like any other country we have plenty of films that are worth your while.

This list exists as an introduction to some of the best films made on Dutch soil. It includes some foreign films that aren't 100% Dutch, but the Netherlands at least had a big contribution in the making of all of these films. (Films like Dunkirk and Monos, both co-produced and with Dutch cinematographer, are excluded)
